SMP Industrial Co., Ltd was established in 1998. We are the major manufacturer of lead frames, and all kinds of end-of-line equipment for semiconductor industry in Asia. I particular of lead frames like SOT, SOD, TO-92, and all kind of custom build encapsulation molding as well as fully automatic trimming and forming system products in Asia market. SMP also fabricates huge precision metal parts like punches and die inserts, cavity bars, ejector pins, and other high consumable spare parts for its local and overseas clients.  

SMP has its own factory in BaoAn, Shenzhen Province, China. Based on the industrial package and lead frame design and required specification provided by the customer, SMP has the capability to do engineering and tooling design, tooling fabrication, production, metal stamping, final assembly, testing and debugging, and of course, service of installation at customer site.

Another major strength of SMP is the management team. While a lot of manufacturers in this filed in Asia have limited international exposure, the SMP management team is highly qualified. SMP believes that the breadth of its knowledge and its experience in design concept and manufacturing quality products of international standard at reasonable process are the major Reasons for its success.
